No complains at all, the venue met the criteria, would recomand it. Everything was superb, had a really really nice stay during winter time. Our room had a comfortable bed and a scenic view. The location was strategic in the street somewhere or at a proper restaurant and the stuff here was especially helpful.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, with brand quality toiletries provided. The staff was friendly and caring, allowing us to change rooms when the heating system wasn't working. Stayed for Thanksgiving and it was great! the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice toiletries provided. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions in the city. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of options to choose from.
the hotel seemed to be a bit understaffed, resulting in longer wait times for service at the front desk and restaurant.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to Dal Lake and away from the city noise. it's near to shopping places, which is very convenient. the rooms and bathrooms are clean. the courteous staff provides excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options.
There are limited facilities, and there is no 24-hour hot water or heater facility in the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location nearby a beautiful lake was perfect for a peaceful vacation. The service here was top-notch, with room service available and a car hire option. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering services like dry cleaning, laundry and even grocery shopping. The room amenities were excellent, with a mini-bar, in-room safe and a sitting area to relax in. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a quiet and restful environment.

We enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of this hotel. The staff here is very hospitable and constantly ready to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were always clean and the location was great, close to many major attractions. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the tasty food that it had to offer.
Our room needed some maintenance and upkeep, the bathroom window did not provide enough privacy, and the view outside was not great. the corridors leading to the rooms needed a lot of sprucing up.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean with good facilities. The staff members were helpful, especially during breakfast where they attended to my needs. The hotel location was away from the city noise, giving us a peaceful stay. Moreover, the hotel had easy transportation services, where I could easily get a taxi to explore the nearby shopping place.
Cannot find any fault.
